Our team of designers creates beautiful, functional patterns, blending creativity to their expert knowledge of how we dine and handle flatware.
We then make sample models we test before optimizing both form and dimensions on our final drawings.

Once approved, our refined models will serve to create prototypes.
We further assess them for heft, balance, and comfort and to guarantee their precise fit to our design specs.

Our manufacturing teams get to work once final prototypes are approved.
The flatware patterns are cut from sturdy, high-grade sheets of raw stainless steel after their quality and safety are tested by independent experts.

Continuous quality control is part of each step of the production.
We verify each piece one by one against our approved samples.
We then polish them to silky smoothness before coating them with a sparkly titanium finish using a performant, green process called PVD*.
Our flatware contains no lead, no mercury, no cadmium, no phthalates, and no hexavalent chromium.

Environmentally-friendly, PVD coats flatware with a solid film of titanium; an inert material particularly safe for human health.
Free of harmful compounds, it adds luster, color, and extra sturdiness to utensils, and makes them exceptionally wear and corrosion-resistant.
