To ensure your flatware keeps its spark and shape for years, read the instructions below:

Dishwasher safe - Hand-washing is idea
Remove foods before placing in the washer
Always use a mild, chloride & lemon-free detergent
Remove shortly after the drying cycle and avoid leaving the flatware in damp heat
Do not use scouring pads
Avoid prolonged soaking
Hand-wash any build-up & dry immediately
Keep knife blades away from the flatware to avoid scratching
Color-treated utensils stay brighter for longer when hand-washed & dried immediately - Otherwise, remove before the dishwasher drying cycle begins & dry with a soft cloth

Our Warranty

We take pride in the quality we provide.
This is why our flatware comes with a 25-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, starting from the day of your purchase. Proof of purchase may be requested.

Once the warranty is validated, Ornative Tableware will replace your defective product without charge. Should the original pattern no longer be available, we will replace it with a similar one.
